Billing questions
What happens when I hit the 100-parse free limit?
Your dashboard keeps working — you can still view all past transactions, charts, and insights. New alerts just won't be parsed until the next month or until you upgrade.
Can I cancel Finease Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in one click — no questions asked. Your account reverts to Free and your data stays intact.
Is there a yearly plan with a discount?
Not yet, but it's coming soon. Subscribe monthly for now and you'll automatically get the option to switch when yearly billing launches.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard). Paystack support for Nigerian users is coming soon.
Is my billing information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing — we never store your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
